All our silk screen printing services are performed in-house to assure the highest quality control & consistency possible. Our 100,000 square foot facility is outfitted with the latest M&R Screen Making, Automatic Presses, and High Output Folding machines.
We currently operate fourteen (14) M&R Automatic Presses, with up to 18-color capability, Six (6) Automatic folding/ bagging lines capable of high quality folding and bagging on all apparel including Youth to Adult, Big and Tall, short sleeves, long sleeves, and hooded sweats.
As Direct to Film printing techniques boom within the industry, Printpro is leading the charge with two M&R Quattro transfer printing machines allowing us to process a wide range of projects using this cutting edge technology.
Our Avient DM4 DispenseMaster ink mixing system measures every base color down to the decigram, enabling us to blend ink in the most precise, true-to-spec manner possible, far exceeding the capabilities of manual ink blending.
Printpro provides the most advanced level of branding, UPC data management, and retail finishing available. Our custom heat transfer inner neck branding services and our retail-ready Barcode Labeling, hang tag, and full finishing services departments are all equipped with the latest advancements in technology.
